Hey, I have some backseat driving advice for your blog? How about a competition to determine which of Bush's actions has/is/will have the most detrimental effect on the US? Someone could argue the liberation and nonoccupation we are currently semi-experiencing in Iraq, someone could argue the trashing of relationships and alliances with the rest of the world, you might show off and exhibit the damage done to scientific research and credibility by these hacks, I'd probably argue the massive debt, someone could take failure to deal with Iran, N. Korea, or al-Qaeda, or perhaps the politicization and gutting of America's intelligence services and the corresponding lack of credibility the US will now speak with to friends, enemies and citizens. "Abuse" and "detention" might make the list, or it might be folded into one of the credibility based disasters. Someone could probably make a case for the horrors inflicted on the English language by these masters of babbling doublespeak. If we asked nicely, Citizen F might consent to counterpoint these and demonstrate how they are not true, not bad, not Bush's fault, etc. What do you think?
