As post-tsunami relief efforts continue, there are heartening signs:
    "Happily, most of the Andamans' Negritos seem to have survived December's tsunami. This just in: Today's American parents are far more "chill" than those of previous generations

According to a recent survey conducted by the Partnership for a Drug Free America, almost half of American parents would not be upset if their children experimented with marijuana. It's a good thing, too, since almost half of American teens have experimented with marijuana.
