* 1/2 cup margarine
* 2/3 cup flour
* 2 teaspoons mixed spice (something with dry mustard, paprika, and cayenne if you can find it)
* 1 teaspoon salt
* 1.3 cup chicken broth
* 4 cups milk
* 1 (12 ounce) beer
* 2 cups finely shredded sharp Cheddar cheese
* 1 cup finely shredded mild Cheddar cheese

Melt the margarine. Stir in flour and spices/salt. Add in broth, milk, and beer. Bring to a boil. Boil for 1 min. Gradually stir in cheese, heating until completely melted.

Beer cheese soup, bitchez. Put popcorn on top.
